legalsuper $1000 Risk Profile Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The total prize pool is $1000.00 (GST inc). This consists of one first prize of one $1000.00 Red Balloon Days gift voucher payable to the prize winner, by means of a voucher. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash. There is only one prize.
2. Information on how to enter and prizes, forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
3. The Promoter is Legal Super Pty LTd ABN 37 004 455 789. Authorised under ACT Licence No ACT TBA, NSW License No TBA.
4. Employees and their immediate families of legalsuper and any of its related bodies corporate including its contractors and agents are ineligible to enter this competition.
5. The competition runs from 12.05am, 22/02/2010 to 11.55pm 30/04/2010 in all states and territories ("Competition Period").
6. To be eligible for the prize draw a person must satisfy the criteria mentioned in item 7.
7. The person must be over 18 years of age and must be a legalsuper member. They must log onto legalsuper’s online risk profiler (www.legalsuper.com.au/riskprofile) and submit their name and address during the Competition Period.
8. All Eligible Customers will be automatically entered into the random prize draw. There is no fee for entry.
9. Entry is limited to one entry per member during the Competition Period.
10. The random prize draw will be held on 12/05/2009 at 2.00pm at legalsuper of Level 26, 140 William Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
11. The prize-winner will be notified by phone and mail, and the winner’s name will be published in legalsuper’s member newsletter Super Brief on September 20, 2010.
12. If the prize is not claimed by 2.00pm on 12/08/2010 a second chance random draw will take place thereafter on this date and the prize-winner will be notified by phone and mail, and a public notice of the winner will be published in legalsuper’s member newsletter Super Brief on February 20, 2011.
13. The prize is not transferable, nor refundable.
14. The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter's discretion.
15. The Promoter's decisions in relation to all aspects of this promotion are final, and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence.
16. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained by any entrant/winner as a result of participating in this Competition, or accepting any prize.
17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
18. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information that entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition and communicating with entrants as to future offers, information and/or marketing promotions. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Competition or communicating with entrants. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. The Promoter's privacy policy is available on the Promoter's website at www.legalsuper.com.au Entrants can request access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting the Promoter at the address set out above.
