Language assistance

We can assist members from a non-English speaking backgrounds by connecting them to the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National). The interpreter service is available between 8am and 8pm (AEST/AEDT), Monday to Friday.  

Connecting is simple. 

  1. Simply call our Client Service Centre on 1800 060 312 and ask to speak to an interpreter.  
  2. The legalsuper consultant will connect to the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS). 
  3. Ensure you have your legalsuper membership details on hand. 
  4. Once we’ve confirmed your identity, the legalsuper consultant will communicate information about your account via the interpreter in your nominated language.
