As a busy professional, we know that you need easy access to information about your super.
That’s why we’ve developed the legalsuper mobile app – to allow you to check on your super at anytime from anywhere, quickly, and securely. The mobile app is available now to download from the Apple and Android App Stores.
The mobile app uses your existing MemberAccess username and password which makes logging in for the first time super simple. If you’re not already registered, you can register for an MemberAccess account here. Once you’re registered you use the same login details to log in to the app.
With the legalsuper app, you can:
- View your account balance, past contributions and payments or transactions
- Check on your investments and insurance cover
- Update your personal details, including updating your beneficiaries
- Notify your employer or new employer to start making contributions – and much more.

Mobile app FAQs
Do I need to have a MemberAccess account to access the app?
Yes, you must be a legalsuper member and have a MemberAccess account to use the app.

How do I download and install the app?
You can download and install the app from the Google Play Store (for Android devices) or the Apple App Store (for iOS devices).
Search for ‘legalsuper member app’ and follow the on-screen instructions to install the app on your device.
How do I log into the app for the first time?
Once you’ve downloaded the app to your device, setting yourself up is easy because the app uses the same login details as MemberAccess.
- Open the legalsuper app and select Login.
- Enter your Member Number and your MemberAccess password and select Login.
- You’ll then be asked to set up multi-factor authentication for an added layer of security for your account. Once that’s been set up, you’re good to go.
Can I remove or reset Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?
MFA is required as an extra layer of security. However, you it can reset if you need to change the phone number registered.
To do this you will need to log in, select ‘Account’ then select ‘Profile settings’, then ‘Manage Multi-Factor Authentication’.
From here tap on ‘Reset’, then ‘Confirm’.
You will be prompted to log out so you can re-register MFA with another phone number or method.
How do I set up a PIN, and can it be changed or removed?
When you first log in you will be prompted to set up a PIN. However, you can skip this step if you wish.
A PIN can be changed or removed by selecting ‘Account’, then ‘App settings’.
From here tap on ‘Manage PIN and fingerprint’.
I’ve forgotten my password. How can I reset it?
If you forget your password, tap on the ‘Forgot password’ option on the login screen.
You will receive instructions via email or SMS to reset your password securely.
Is the app secure?
The app is protected by Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which adds an extra layer of security to your account.
After entering your password, you will receive a one-time verification code to your registered phone number either via SMS or phone call.
In addition, you can set up a personal PIN or Face ID/Touch ID in the app.

Can I use the app on my tablet device?
Yes, the app can be used on tablet devices.
What can I do in the app?
In the app you can edit/update the following information:
- Your personal details
- Your non-binding beneficiary
In the app you can view the following information:
- Balance
- Insurance cover and Premiums (applicable to Accumulation accounts only)
- Statements and transactions
- Investment options
- Unit price for investment options
- Beneficiaries
- Benefit estimates
- Member details
Can I toggle between different accounts?
You can switch between your different accounts if these accounts have already been linked. To switch between your different accounts, go to the ‘Profile settings’ section.
If your different accounts aren’t linked yet, please contact us on 1800 060 312 between 8am and 8pm (AEST/AEDT) to have them linked.
Once you have done this, you can easily toggle between your accounts within the app.
