Update from our Chief Executive
The legalsuper team are dedicated to monitoring and managing your savings and are here to provide information and support to help you through this challenging time.
Continued personal service
Two weeks ago, our team transitioned to working remotely from home to keep our people safe and to ensure we continue to provide the support you need for peace of mind when making decisions about your savings.
Ongoing investment market volatility
The negative impact of this crisis on investment markets has been widely reported. I wanted to assure you that we continue to closely and proactively manage the legalsuper investment portfolio utilising expert internal and external advisers. Regular meetings of both the Board and Investment Committee continue to be held and, where necessary, special meetings have been convened.
During uncertain times, staying connected is important. While face-to-face member meetings have been suspended due to social distancing requirements, we offer the following range of ways for you to contact us and access the information and resources you require.

to check or change your account details online
- Click to Chat
via our website Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm AEST
- Video call

If your matter is urgent and you prefer to speak with us, call 1800 060 312 or email email@example.com - Monday to Friday between 8am to 8pm AEST. Please note that higher enquiry volumes means you may experience longer wait times than usual. Thank you for your understanding.
In closing, please keep safe during this time. I will periodically provide further updates.
