John was appointed in November 2023. He reports to the Chief Executive and is responsible for technology, operations, insurance, line 1 risk and projects. John has more than 14 years of experience in the superannuation industry.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial) and Computing (with Honours) – Monash University
Experience
John has experience leading technology and business functions across multiple industries including retail, general insurance and superannuation. Within superannuation he has led the development and management of digital services, internal technology, continuous improvement, business administration & operations and delivered transformation programs.
