What are workplace webinars
- A webinar is a group event you can attend online; essentially it’s an "online seminar”.
- There's no additional fee or cost to register or attend a webinar – we consider it a member benefit!
- They usually run for around 40 minutes.
- They are run by our qualified Client Service Managers.
- We do all the heavy lifting - we supply you an email template for internal distribution to your employees to register via link or links in email template.
- Participants can ask questions through a messaging tool in the webinar
- We can provide you with registration numbers, attendees and non-attendees – all the stats you might need!
- We also provide a follow up email template with a link on how your employees who have attended and require assistance, can book a one-on-one phone or online call with one of our Client Services Managers via our online booking system or even schedule an appointment face to face.
- Webinars are run through the Zoom Webinar platform, so attendees can use the Zoom desktop client or mobile app (which can be downloaded from links in the registration confirmation email) or an internet web browser. Most systems, browsers, and devices can access Zoom, and information about the technical requirements to attend are available by searching "Zoom system requirements" on the Zoom website (support.zoom.us).

What are face-to-face seminars?
- A seminar is a group educational event you can attend “face-to-face”.
- There's no additional fee or cost to register or attend a seminar.
- They usually run for around 40 minutes.
- They are run by our subject matter experts – our Client Service Managers.
- Participants can ask questions during the presentation, and we can also email them a copy of the presentation afterwards.
- We also provide your employees who have attended and require assistance, a link in which they can book a one-on-one phone or video call appointment with one of our Client Services Managers via our online booking system or schedule an appointment face-to-face.
