Terms and Conditions – Law Society of SA Forum competition

The following information forms part of these Terms and Conditions. 

• Legalsuper Pty Ltd (ABN 37 004 455 789) Level 9, 627 Chapel Street South Yarra Victoria 3141 is the Promoter. 
• Entry to the competition (Promotion) is open to Participants at the Law Society of South Australia Forum 2026.  
• Entry to the Promotion is free of charge and subject to the Terms and Conditions. 
• Entry to the Promotion is limited to one entry per person. 
• Participants acknowledge they have read the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
• Entries to the Promotion open at 8.00am ACDT on Thursday 12 February 2026 and close at 1.30 pm ACDT Friday 13 February 2026 (Promotion Period) 
• To enter the Promotion, Participants must scan the QR code at the legalsuper stand during the event.  
  The Prize draw will take place at the completion of the Promotion Period at the legalsuper stand at the Law Society of SA Forum on Friday 13 February 2026.
• The Promotion is a game of chance and the winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 
  The winner will be contacted by email on Monday 16 February 2026 and does not need to be present at the time of the draw.  
  The Winner has 28 days to collect their prize from the Promoter and the Promoter has the right to request the Winner to provide proof of identity to claim the Prize.  
• The Promoter collects personal information from Participants to conduct the Promotion and award the Prize. Entry into the Promotion is conditional on the required information being provided.  
• The Promoter may use the personal information collected in the online form to contact you if you provide your consent to be contacted and receive marketing material from us.  
• The Prize draw will consist of one (1) Prize only.  The Winner will receive a bottle of wine at approximately $100 (Prize).
• The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.  
• Current or past employees of the Promoter, or the immediate families of current or past employees of the Promoter, are not eligible to enter the Promotion. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  
• The Promotion is conducted in accordance with the laws of Victoria.
