Choosing legalsuper

How to request that your employer pay super to legalsuper, or if you're not yet a member, how to create an account online or complete and return an application form.

If you're already a member

You can provide information about your legalsuper account to your employer to enable them to make super contributions to your existing legalsuper account on your behalf.

Nominating legalsuper

To nominate legalsuper as your super fund, your employer will need some information about us and about your account. There are a few ways you can do this.

Complete our forms

Standard Choice (357.42 KB) Letter of Compliance (448.23 KB)

Download and complete our 'Standard choice' form and the 'Letter of Compliance'. Provide the completed forms to your employer, and they will have everything they need to start paying your super to your legalsuper account.

Your employer's forms

Your employer may provide you with a ‘Choice of Fund’ or ‘Standard Choice’ form. It will ask for your legalsuper member number and your Tax File Number (TFN). Use the following details to complete the form and provide this to your employer:

Fund name: legalsuper
Fund ABN: 60 346 078 879
Fund address: legalsuper, locked bag 5081, Parramatta, NSW 2124
Fund phone: 1800 060 312
Unique Superannuation Identifier (USI): LIS0100AU

The form might also ask for a 'Letter of Compliance' which:

  • states that we are a complying fund;
  • confirms that we will accept contributions from your employer; and
  • has been signed by the Trustee.
