Jean-Luc was appointed in February 2026. He reports to the Chief Executive and is responsible for leading legalsuper’s member focused functions, overseeing Marketing, Data & Insights, Product, Member Services and Employer Services.
Jean-Luc is responsible for shaping and delivering legalsuper’s member value proposition—ensuring the fund’s products, communications, and service channels meet the evolving needs of members and employers across the legal profession. This includes guiding the development of member centric product solutions, strengthening employer engagement, and embedding data and insights to enhance experience, growth and retention.
