About
Jennifer was appointed in December 2024. She reports to the Chief Executive and is responsible for managing the funds strategic planning and execution process, including ensuring that the business is tracking to plan, foreseeing risk and issues and influencing stakeholders to prioritise corporate strategic priorities. Her role is also accountable for the management of the CEO Office, including developing, driving and delivering all CEO Programs.

Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience, primarily in the financial services industry. She possesses a deep understanding of strategy, operational requirements, governance, performance technology, process management, and delivery management. Jennifer is passionate about driving improvements that enhance service delivery, achieve impactful outcomes, and improve the experience for both our members and teams.
