Paul leads legalsuper’s member-focused functions, overseeing Marketing, Data & Insights, Product, Member Services and Employer Services.
Paul is responsible for shaping and delivering legalsuper’s member value proposition—ensuring the fund’s products, communications, and service channels meet the evolving needs of members, employers and advisers. This includes guiding the development of member centric product solutions to prepare and support members into retirement, strengthening member and employer engagement through education and support, and embedding data and insights to enhance experience, growth and retention.

Experience
Paul is a senior executive with over 20 years extensive leadership experience in the financial services industry including superannuation, wealth management, insurance and financial advice. Paul provides a passion for developing propositions and services that strengthen members’ financial security and support them in achieving their most comfortable retirement and lifestyle. He also draws on his experience in leadership roles which intersect other sectors including sport, leisure, hospitality and household solutions, to understand the role financial services plays in people’s lives and to bring a diverse perspective in shaping value‑driven member outcomes.
