As CEO, he is responsible for leading the fund’s strategic direction and overall performance, ensuring strong outcomes for members and stakeholders. Stephen works closely with the Board and Executive Leadership Team to drive sustainable growth, enhance member experience and position the fund to meet the evolving needs of members and employers.

He has held a range of senior executive roles throughout his career, leading large-scale organisational transformation, driving innovation and delivering strong outcomes for members and stakeholders. Stephen brings deep industry and technology expertise, a member-focused approach and a proven track record of building high-performing teams and sustainable growth in complex financial services environments.
