Qualifications and Experience
Ronan was appointed to the Board on 27 May 2025. He is a member of the Investment Committee. Ronan is the President of the Law Society of New South Wales (LSNSW) and is a member of several LSNSW Committees, including the Executive Committee of Council, the Diversity & Inclusion Committee and the Joint Committee of the Law Society and the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales. Previous roles include Deputy General Counsel (Executive Director), Transport for NSW and Senior Legal Counsel, Stockland. Ronan has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Galway, a Master of Laws from the University of Edinburgh, and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
