Salary sacrifice - employer email template

How to use this template

Address the email to your employer’s payroll, HR or People & Culture team.
Update the email details, including the contribution amount.
Send the email and keep a copy for your records.

Tip: Check your payslip after the arrangement starts to ensure salary sacrifice contributions are being deducted correctly.
